What is your return policy?
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed return items with the hygienic sticker still attached within 14 days of their ship date. Since this is a small business, we aren't yet able to offer free returns, thus returns have a $5 restocking fee. However, exchanges are complimentary! Send us an email hello@cloud9swimwear.com if you’re looking to return your purchase.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Of course! With exchanges, we allow items to be exchanged once to prevent overstock. If you're unhappy with your exchange item and would like to exchange again, please email hello@cloud9swimwear.com, and we will give you store credit in the form of a gift card in exchange for your item.
Where is my order?
Here at Cloud 9 HQ, each swimsuit is hand-made when ordered! With a bunch of orders coming in at one time, each suit will be made on a first-come first-served basis. Orders should be made and packaged within 3-5 business days and then shipped out to you. Your confirmation email will come with tracking information, where you can follow its journey! Please let us know if you don’t receive a confirmation email.
How do I care for my Cloud 9 swimsuit?
We recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry after wear. Please do not bleach or dry clean.
Why isn’t there any padding in your tops?
We have found that padding often gets discarded when provided in swimwear. Whether it is purposely taken out for wear or gets lost in the wash, etc., we don’t want extra waste going in to the landfill. If you are set on having padding in your tops, please email us and we will work something out for you!
Is there anything else I need to know about my order?
We have been experiencing high temperatures this summer! This could possibly affect the hygienic liner placed inside your suit. Since our liners are made with compostable materials, they don’t love the high heat. There might be residue from the adhesion in your suit, but it’s an easy fix. Just use a bit of detergent on the area, hand-wash and lay flat to dry!
